LITTLE DRAGONS
Is an introduction into Martial Arts. Aimed at children from 5 – 10 years. Using Kickboxing, Boxing, Wrestling, Jiu Jitsu and other Martial Arts, Little Dragons is taught in a fun, easy to learn way using various games and concepts.
CRUSH
A mixture of Cardio and Weight based exercises. Developed by the Olympus Team to give a full body workout, that will help you Crush your Goals.
ROPE FLOW
A dynamic way to increase joint mobility, basic fitness and focus. By using a rope to become an extension of the body, the user becomes more aware of their movements and controlling the speed of the rope can get a decent workout or achieve a state of relaxation and destress.
KETTLERCISE
A highly popular all over workout, using just one piece of equipment. Using various lifting, swinging and pushing movements the user will get a complete workout.
JAB, CROSS, BOXING FITNESS
Uses all elements of boxing for a brilliant workout. A great way to release any tension and stress, whilst improving fitness and co-ordination.
HEAT
Heat Description is a Cardio Based workout designed for a Sweat inducing, Calorie Burning Fitness Workout
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Is a martial art and combat sport based on ground fighting and submission holds. By learning to take an opponent to the ground, controlling them on the ground and then applying various submission techniques the user will learn, not only valuable self defence techniques, but also improve strength and fitness.
HAPKIDO
Is a Korean Martial Art of self defence. Using various hand strikes, kicking techniques and joint locks, this traditional martial arts is great for self defence and improving flexibility, strength and coordination.
PWR UP
Is a class focusing on all the various Olympic Lifts. Working on correct technique and movements before increasing the weights being lifted. This is a great way to improve functional fitness and strength, and help loss weight and improve functionality, and is perfect for improving performance in other sports.
HIIT
High Intensity Interval Training – A workout consisting of short bursts of high intensity. A great proven way of increasing all over fitness and strength and burning calories.
TABATA
Is a highly popular form of HIIT. Working on a set protocol of 20 seconds high intensity, 10 seconds rest for 8 rounds per set. Any type of exercise can be implemented into the Tabata format, making it a very versatile, effective form of training.
WORKOUT OF THE WEEK (WOW)
This workout changes in type, style, intensity every week, so the client never know what they will be doing until they turn up to the session. Always good fun and using a vast array of gym equipment.
WOMENS SELF DEFENCE
An ongoing class teaching all elements of Self Defence. Covering Awareness, Communication, Avoidance and basic Self Defence Techniques.
SPARTAN STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Is a session working on fully functional strength and fitness exercises. Using various pieces of equipment such as Battle Ropes, Tyre & Hammer, Prowler, Slam Balls, Grappler Rope Pulley, and many more. This very popular session is the perfect all over functional Workout.
TRX
Is a suspension training system. Using straps attached to the wall or ceiling, the TRX makes the users own bodyweight become the focus of the work out. Using their bodyweight and the instability of the swinging straps, this is a great core dominant, all over workout. All the exercises that can be done with weights can be achieved on the TRX by adjusting body position and strap length.
MIXED MARTIAL ARTS
This is a fighting based class using elements of Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Boxing, Wrestling, BJJ and other fighting arts. A great way to learn effective, proven fighting skills and excellent for improving fitness.
K1 KICKBOXING
This class we focuses mostly on Dutch Kickboxing, which works on various combinations taken from Muay Thai, Kyokushin Karate and Western Boxing. Focusing on powerful combinations and continuous attacking making it a very effective style.
